Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Graduate of BS Architecture
- PRC License Architect is an advantage
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fluent in a variety of design programs and software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-UP, 2D and 3D Modeling Software etc.
- With in-depth knowledge in planning, developing and implementing designs for buildings and structures
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation skills and problem solving
- Demonstrated sound business acumen
- Fluency in business process analysis, computing, and scripting
